RMTs may focus on areas of pain or tension. Treatment time includes assessment and self-care recommendations, as needed. Massage Therapy is an effective approach to pain management and rehabilitation. RMTs can effectively treat and provide relief for a wide range of conditions such as headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, as well as many other common conditions related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction. Massage also reduces stress and anxiety and improves sleep.

Specialty Massage

Specialty massages include Hot Stone, Craniosacral, Lymphatic, Cupping, Reflexology, Matrix Repatterning, Reiki, Rapid Neurofascial Reset and prenatal massages. Each requires specialized training or specialized equipment.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy emphasizes the treatment of pain through manipulation of muscle tissue, joints and vital organs. Osteopathy can be very effective in treating various joint and muscle pains, vascular and nerve disorders, organ dysfunctions and body imbalances. Manual Osteopathy emphasizes the treatment of pain through manipulation of muscle tissue, joints and vital organs. Osteopathy can be very effective in treating various joint and muscle pains, vascular and nerve disorders, organ dysfunctions and body imbalances. The three main components of Manual Osteopathy include: Visceral (organs and their fascial connections as well as the neurovascular support to the organs), Osteoarticulations (bones and joints, nerves, muscle and connective tissues), and Craniosacral (working with the cranium, spine and sacrum and the flow of cerebral spinal fluid).
